3. Ordering & Payments

  • Payment methods accepted include major credit/debit cards and Google Pay.

  • All payments are processed securely via third-party providers; we never store your card details.

4. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud).

  • If canceled, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to mainland UK. Delivery times typically range from 2-4 days (1 working day for express delivery, depending on your location.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return items that don't fit within 7 calendar days of receiving it. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

  • Return shipping is at your expense unless the item was faulty.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund within 2 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Items not returned within 7 days, or that show signs of wear, may be rejected.

7. Faulty & Damaged Items

  • If your jewellery is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

  • We may ask for a photo as evidence.

  • We will then offer you a full refund or replacement at no cost, including return shipping.

8. Product Descriptions

  • We strive to ensure descriptions and images are accurate, but we do not guarantee that they reflect your perception of colour, texture, or craftsmanship.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your purchase.

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item causing the claim.
