1. Return Window & Item Condition
You may return any non-faulty item within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage may not qualify for a full refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email support@bfordcompany.com with the following:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

A brief reason for the return
We will respond with return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or delivery has failed (see sections 4 & 5).
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund within 2 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Items returned outside the 7-day window or in a non-resalable condition may be refused or partially refunded.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item is:

Damaged on arrival

Incorrect (wrong item sent)
Please contact us at support@bfordcompany.com within 14 days of receiving the order. Attach a photo and description of the issue.
We will provide a full refund or a free replacement, including return postage costs.
5. Delivery Issues & Shipping Failures
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
Standard Delivery

If not received within 14 working days of dispatch, you may request a full refund or a replacement.
Express Delivery

If not received within 4 working days, we will either resend the item or issue a full refund (including shipping).
6. Order Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of:

Suspected fraud

Stock issues

Operational errors
If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
7. Exclusions to This Policy
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Used, worn, or altered items not in original condition

Non-faulty items returned after the 7-day window
