Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with B. Ford Company. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and refunds policy below:

1. Return Window & Item Condition

You may return any non-faulty item within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage may not qualify for a full refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email support@bfordcompany.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief reason for the return

We will respond with return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or delivery has failed (see sections 4 & 5).

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund within 2 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Items returned outside the 7-day window or in a non-resalable condition may be refused or partially refunded.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Please contact us at support@bfordcompany.com within 14 days of receiving the order. Attach a photo and description of the issue.

We will provide a full refund or a free replacement, including return postage costs.

5. Delivery Issues & Shipping Failures

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

Standard Delivery

  • If not received within 14 working days of dispatch, you may request a full refund or a replacement.

Express Delivery

  • If not received within 4 working days, we will either resend the item or issue a full refund (including shipping).

6. Order Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Stock issues

  • Operational errors

If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

7. Exclusions to This Policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Used, worn, or altered items not in original condition

  • Non-faulty items returned after the 7-day window
